She also has a wide range of diagnostic tools to draw from, particularly useful when helping a client increase their understanding of themselves and how others see them.

Alison has coached at senior manager or director level in a wide range of organisations in the public and private sectors including service, retail, transportation, engineering, financial and professional services.

She is qualified with an Advanced Diploma in Coaching and Mentoring, is BPS qualified for levels A and B in occupational testing, accredited to use OPQ, MBTI, Hay Group’s Emotional Intelligence Inventory and Leadership Styles Inventory.  She is also a NLP practitioner.
