Clients she has worked with range from small businesses through to large multinationals across a range of business sectors and she has often worked with professional service firms, helping them to develop their leadership capability. Claire has also worked with a number of in-house human resources and training teams helping them to develop their strategy and skill set and is particularly valued for her ability to design high quality, meaningful training materials. As a facilitator, she encourages ownership of learning by providing an environment which stimulates independent thinking and gains commitment to action which will support both business and personal objectives. She has an MSc and a BSc (Hons) in Psychology. She is a Licentiate member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and a graduate member of the British Psychological Society.
