Michelle's passionate approach toward training and development is evident in her zeal, pace and contagious enthusiasm. Over the last five years Michelle's work has been recognised with 2 National Training Awards, A Manufacturer of the Year award, Business Improvement Awards and achievements against the IiP standard to name but a few.
