Alison Stubbs (Executive Coach)
Alison has a wealth of coaching and strategic change management experience gained in successful retail and service organisations. She is passionate about supporting individuals and teams to maximize their personal and business potential, and as a coach, attentive, insightful and pragmatic. When relevant she can pull upon her extensive commercial and learning experience to help her clients achieve their goals and drive immediate business results.
She also has a wide range of diagnostic tools to draw from, particularly useful when helping a client increase their understanding of themselves and how others see them. Alison has coached at senior manager and Director Level in different sectors including retail, hospitality and professional partnerships.
