Debbie Gorringe (Consultant)
With over 20 years experience working with Blue Chip organisations, Debbie's background spans both Organisational Change and Transformation, as well as Leadership Development.
Prior to entering consultancy in 2005, she led the Human Resources function for Travel then European Technologies divisions of a global organisation, developing HR strategies to enable a number of ground breaking commercial deals for outsourcing / insourcing, as well as successfully implementing a major acquisition for the company.
As a direct result of Debbie's coaching interventions and focus on leadership development her clients have experienced significant positive shifts in employee engagement and productivity. Her track record demonstrates her ability to deploy practical solutions, focussing on leader enablement and engagement during times of substantial change and business growth. Her clients value the wealth of expertise and pragmatism she brings specifically around change management, communication and performance management.
Debbie has worked with a variety of blue chip and private clients in travel, financial and professional services, construction and technologies. More recently she has facilitated the Diversity & Inclusion agenda for a blue chip organisation, which is an area of particular interest.
Debbie brings a high level of energy and courage to facilitating learning and she creates an environment where learners are encouraged to share experience and gain confidence and insight through open dialogue, challenging the status quo. Debbie is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
