Katie Harvey (Coaching Specialist)
Katie Harvey is a Professional Certified Coach with the International Coach Federation (ICF). She has over 3000 hours of coaching experience both within corporations and with individuals, and over 200 hours of coach training. Katie trained with CoachU with whom she is now a designated Professional Mentor Coach and is being trained to be a teleclass leader. She also holds a diploma in Coach Supervision. She is passionate about standards in coaching and for that reason served on the Board of Directors for the UK International Coach Federation.
Katie has coached clients within companies such as Orange, BBC, ABN AMRO, Microsoft, Eaton, Honeywell, Forward Thinking Inc., LogicaCMG, Natmags, American Express, BT and Accenture. She has also worked with many individuals within the NHS and charities such as The Terence Higgins Trust and Care International. Clients describe working with Katie as "So professional that as a client I feel safe to explore and challenge myself much further than I would alone" and talk about her style as "insightful, warm and highly dedicated".
In addition Katie facilitates Coaching Programmes for internal coaches such as the Internal Coach Training programme at LogicaCMG and Coach Supervision training at the BBC.
She has a BSc Hons in Psychology and is a qualified NLP practitioner.
